1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Subs Check ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Subs Check provides a dashboard for tracking AI service subscriptions, monitoring spending, and receiving renewal alerts. The Service includes:

• •Gmail integration for automated subscription detection
• •Spending analytics and trend analysis
• •Renewal reminders and alerts

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using AI Subs Check, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in illegal or harmful activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: No charge, for as long as we offer it, with a limit of three (3) tracked subscriptions and starter features. Terms may change; we will notify you before reducing access.

Pro Plan ($5.99/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Auto-renews until cancelled. Promotional offers (such as bonus months during beta) are described at signup or on our site.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. All charges will appear on your credit card statement. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription you've selected. Billing occurs on the same day each month (or annual anniversary for annual plans).

4.3 Refund Policy

For Pro monthly subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you request a refund within 7 days of your first charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be charged the new price until their next billing cycle.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use this Service to:

• •Violate any laws or regulations
• •Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our Service
• •Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm our systems
• •Engage in phishing, spam, or other deceptive practices
• •Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Service
• •Use the Service for any competitive or commercial purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by AI Subs Check, Inc., its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your subscription data (service names, amounts, renewal dates). You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service and improve our offering.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SUBS CHECK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Subs Check, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your data or content uploaded to the Service
• •Any claim that your use of the Service infringes third-party rights

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
